• Are you Aboriginal (First Nation, Métis or Inuit)?

• Are you 16 years of age or older?

• Have you completed Grade 10 or higher education?  Can be finished grade 10 on the applying year with a written from your school.

• Are you a Canadian citizen?

• Are you residing in western Canada or north-western Ontario?
